The project has been prepared within the scope of the Izmir Development Agency Service Building project needs program. The project has been prepared to apply for LEED Gold certificate. In the project, electricity energy savings and energy production up to 30%, water saving up to 45% and reduction of individuality in the carbon emission by directing people to public transportation were presented.

In the project content, ergonomic arrangements were made in order to increase the indoor air quality and to ensure that natural light reaches the maximum degree of interior space. In addition, the old building located in the project area was demolished and a labyrinth system was created in the construction basement and the air used in the vrf system was heated by natural methods in the winter and energy was cooled in the summer.

The design was completed by recommending the use of recycling materials for the whole project.
