Mass City – Villa Etap 2

The project is designed for the new center area called Mass City in the city of Erbil in the north of Iraq. 4000 villas, shopping centers, hotels and offices will be built within the scope of the project. In this project, twin villas have been designed in the type 2 project for the 1000 villas to be built in the first stage and each villas are planned to be 7 +1.

In the region which has a dry climate structure, air conditioning project has been carefully prepared and inner courtyard systems where users feel more comfortable, artificial waterfall and open car park flowing across the building facade have been formed
